WWI P.E&M Co Model Of-1916 37mm Mark I Hotchkiss Inert

The shell is in very good overall condition with light corrosion on the projectile and slight verdigris on the brass casing. The copper band is stamped P.E. & M. Co. USA, the lot numbers I can not read. The base is marked P.E. & M. Co. 7-16 U.S.A. with the W inside a circle. Please see pictures for details.
