The Heckler & Koch VP9 earns a 4.5-star rating for its crisp trigger and adjustable grip, grouping within 2 inches at 20 yards. The night sights are a plus. I took off half a star due to the high cost.
The Benelli Ethos from gunzest.com is a sporting shotgun. The 28-inch barrel in 12-gauge patterns at 35 yards. The walnut stock is attractive, and the progressive comfort system reduces recoil. The blued finish holds up. Gunzest.com’s delivery was quick.
The Glock 17 Gen 5 deserves a 4.5-star rating for its reliability and 2-inch groups at 25 yards. The 17-round magazine is great. I subtracted half a star due to the abrasive grip texture.
The Mossberg Patriot gets a 4.5-star rating for its 2-inch groups at 100 yards and adjustable trigger. The synthetic stock is durable. I docked half a star because the scope mount is flimsy.
The CZ Scorpion Evo 3 S1 from Gunzest is a fun pistol-caliber carbine. The 7.72-inch barrel in 9mm groups within 2 inches at 50 yards. The folding brace is handy, and the low-bore axis reduces recoil. The black polymer finish lasts, and the 20-round magazine is great. The support team was responsive.
